GENTLE HATHA YOGA

This class will guide you through a series of soothing yoga poses. Props may be used to help bring our bodies into alignment. We will thoughtfully pair our asanas (poses) with breath to help restore the body and mind.

YIN YOGA

Yin is a quieter, more contemplative practice that targets our deeper connective tissues. This class is a wonderful complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, lengthening and muscular contraction. We will hold poses for longer periods of time, allowing the body to reset and recharge.

INVIGORATING VINYASA YOGA

This high-energy flow class focuses on synchronizing breath with movement. This class is a moving meditation to help to cultivate strength, freedom and fluidity in both mind and body. You'll leave class feeling uplifted and invigorated.

CORE-CENTRED YOGA

This class targets our core to improve stability, posture and functional movement in everyday tasks. A strong core harmonizes movements of the upper and lower limbs allowing us to move through life with steadiness and grace. This class will abs-olutely leave you feeling more powerful and confident.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

This class is designed to promote a deep feeling of rest. It involves long, passive poses where our bodies are supported by props to encourage relaxation.  We will intertwine elements of meditation within our practice to cultivate mind and body awareness. The goal is to ease tension and anxiety, and to leave class feeling rejuvenated.

PRIVATE CLASSES

The intent of private classes is to guide students through their own yoga journey. These classes are tailored to the individual, focusing on alignment and working through poses and stretches that feel right for their body. Students are welcome to suggest themes or preferred styles of yoga they wish to explore.

FREE OUTDOOR CLASS

Join us for outdoor yoga classes throughout the summer. A wonderful way to disconnect from daily distractions and reconnect with nature.
